  • Not at all! Our classes are designed to be accessible for all levels. Modifications are always available, and Intro sessions are offered to help you get comfortable with the reformer. If you prefer more personalized guidance, you can also book a private Intro session.

  • The music sets the tone. Expect energy, rhythm, and flow with a mix of science-based training, a touch of humour, and a community that doesn’t take itself too seriously. We move with intention, but we also have fun doing it.

  • Our method blends Pilates precision, strength training intensity, and Lagree-inspired control. It’s reformer-based strength training — low impact, medium to high intensity, focused on time under tension and mindful movement.

  • While our founder is a certified Lagree instructor, we don’t offer Lagree-branded classes or use Megaformers. Our Reformer Strength and Reformer Pilates sessions deliver the same intensity and burn, while emphasizing safety and sustainable movement.

  • Yes! Our instructors are certified in contemporary Pilates and teach a modern, music-driven approach that stays true to Pilates fundamentals while adding fresh energy and progression.
