Ashley Elizabeth is a Kinesiologist and Movement Coach, passionate about helping people move better and feel stronger. With over 18 years of experience across Pilates, strength training, and the Lagree Method, she has developed a unique approach that’s low-impact, high-intensity, and deeply empowering.
