arrival & late policy

Late arrivals may not be permitted to join once class has started. Setup and warm-up are part of the session. Missing them isn’t just an inconvenience, it’s a safety issue.
-
A few minutes before class is enough for returning clients. First time? Aim for 15 minutes early so your instructor can get you set up properly.
-
Please get clearance from your healthcare provider before joining any class during pregnancy. If you’re cleared to participate, let your instructor know before class. Modifications are always available.
-
Get clearance from your healthcare provider first. Once you’re cleared, let your instructor know the details before class and they’ll work with you on modifications to keep you moving safely.
-
That depends on your specific condition, so your healthcare provider is the right person to make that call. What we can tell you is that our instructors are experienced with modifications. Just let them know what’s going on before class begins and they’ll support you from there.
